Ski rental

Can I exchange shoes if they don't fit?

At any time! If you notice on the slopes that the shoe pinches you, please come back to our shop. We'll exchange them for another model and won't let you go until you feel absolutely comfortable. After all, we want you to have fun on the slopes.

 

Can I pick up my equipment the day before?

Of course you can pick up your skis or snowboard the day before your first rental day to be on the slopes as soon as possible in the morning. Pick-up the day before is possible free of charge from 16:00. That is our service to you!

 

I'm afraid I can't come after all. How do I cancel my reservation?

You can easily cancel your reservation in your Intersportrent.at customer account. Alternatively, you can send us an email to info@sport-penz.at and mention your reservation number.
There are no cancellation fees

 

Children free of charge

If both parents rent skis or snowboards, their children up to the age of 10 receive all rental equipment (alpine skis, poles, board, boots, ski helmet) free of charge for the same period.

 

Group prices?

Are you, your company, your friends, etc. planning a winter holiday in a group? Then you've come to the right place! We will make you a special offer. The prices depend on the size of the group, the season and the rental period. Write us an e-mail at info@sport-pent.at with the number of persons, the rental period and your special wishes. We will be happy to make you our special offer!
